Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Tsubasa Honda: Some recent activities....

Two more posts and Tsubasa will have the fifth most for any actress, think she may have a decent chance of climbing to the fourth spot before the year is over or at least I'll try to make that happen. Tsubasa's most recent drama was titled "Chase Daiisshou", haven't seen any of it as it was a Amazon Japan web series.
Kind of an interesting story about the show as the final episode wasn't aired as there were allegations that the writer had plagiarized the story from a 2016 novel. Certainly not Tsubasa's or any of the other cast members fault but don't know if I've ever seen a series put on hold because of that. On to some of those recent events and first off is a somewhat older Tsubasa spread from the December 2nd edition of Tokyo Walker Plus, to me it's one of her best sets ever.

In January Tsubasa celebrated her eighth(!) anniversary as a Non-no model, these days she doesn't have huge spreads like she once did though she does have many new pics at their site.

Tsubasa's newest film is titled "Tonight, at the Movies" and it had it's premiere today, more info on that further down. There were some interviews done for the movie and these four pics are from the Fmodel site.

Dressed the same for this Live Door interview but these pics seem to be so much better, you'll notice in the past few weeks she's gone back to her shorter hairdo.

'Tonight, at the Movies" had it's premiere today at the Piccadilly in Shinjuku and most of the main cast were in attendance. Have plenty of terrific pics form the event but for now there's not too many videos of it. But that's okay as there's a better video to view after the pics. Tsubasa for close to a year was one of the hosts for the weekly music show 'Music Dragon'. In the shortish video you'll see her and the two other hosts interviewing Mai from Nogi which took place on April 5, 2014 and there's also a few other clips of their appearance from the show on YT.
