Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. C-ute: "C ute Alo Hello! 2014" DVD screenshots #2 with Airi, Chisato and Mai plus single's series #21....

Hmmmm, what song can we pull out of the C-ute treasure box today???? How about a non-single and a tune that was only found on their "Queen of J-Pop" album from 2013. The delightful song is "Watashi ga Honki wo Dasu Yoru" and Saki has the most of the lead vocals which never happened enough. A strong point for C-ute versus the bigger groups such as AKB or Nogi is that on each album every member will have at least one song where they're the lead vocalist and quite often that happens with their B-sides.
It's been exactly four months since C-ute's final concert in Saitama and think I've done more posts since then then I had done in the four months before that concert. Have plenty of other things coming up and many if them will be for new happenings as the members have stayed somewhat busy and will also have some golden nuggets from the past.
This album was released on September 4, 2013 and like too many C-ute albums or singles it didn't sell as many copies as it deserved. It reached #6 in it's first week out but sales were just a bit south of 15,000 copies sold. Even with sales like that C-ute's popularity was certainly on the rise as they played their first Budokan concert in December. That's the only concert I have of them in which this tune appears on.

C-ute may have more concert DVD's than any other J-Pop group, counted my total which equals fourteen. That's a high amount but was looking at the group's total number and it's hard to believe amount of 44! Number 44 came out today which is from their final Saitama concert, impressive set as there's three DVD's and two CD's.

On to part two of the screenshots for the "C-ute Alo Hello! 2014" DVD. It accompanied the photobook as this video was from the photo shoot. It's an excellent view as who doesn't want to see five Idols at the beach though my complaint would be that it was only 27 minutes long. The DVD for their 2012 photo book was much longer at 58 minutes.

Those above are from the photobook, also have one more group DVD which was for their photo shoot for issue #216 of UTB. Will have the screenshots from that coming up soon but before the member pics here are a few group ones.

Up first is Airi who was one month shy of twenty when this video came out, she looks dynamite in these screenshots but then again can't think of any time she hasn't. Been a quiet stretch for her as I've been wanting to do a solo post for her but there just hasn't been enough interesting activities though she has kept busy.

Of all of the members was most impressed with Chisato who turned nineteen three months after this DVD came out. Had always been under the impression that she filled out nicely once she got older but never had any voluptuous pics like these to prove if I was right or wrong, you can see what the answer is for yourself! She was the shortest member of C-ute as her height is just sixty inches, you can really notice how short she is when she stands next to Maimi who was the tallest member.

Final member is Mai who turned eighteen one month before the DVD came out. She said she was retiring from show business to further her studies especially in English but haven't heard any recent news on her activities. She's an Idol who hasn't had much of a life as she joined Hello Project Kids in 2002 when she was just six! She's now 21 so 71% of her life has been spent with H!P.
