Hinako turns 21 today and for so long she's been one of my top five members. Really had wanted to do a post for her but have been saying that for months now, she's kind of disappeared entirely. No recent mag spreads, at one time she may have been Nogi's best blogger but hardly does entries these days. Wondering what's going on with her as she had become such a popular member, she has been appearing on their variety shows but she's not as talkative or funny as she once was.
After being a Senbatsu member for the last three singles Hinako is once again an Undergirl, she's bounced around between those two positions too often. Heard she hurt her leg on the set of the "Asahinagu" film but that still doesn't explain her long disappearing act.
On to some mag spreads and with the "Nigemizu" single coming out in three weeks sure we'll be seeing such a slew of them in the next month. Smallish set to start off with from the July issue of ar, we really need to see Kazumi and Miona together more often.
More Miona along with Asuka and Mai from the August edition of Brody, it was from when the trio were in Thailand filming their 'Amazing Thailand' campaign.
Hope no one gets tired of looking at Miona as I certainly don't, here she is with Misa from the August issue of Entame. Rumor has it that Miona may have her first photobook this Autumn, let's hope so as after those massive selling books from earlier this year there are no other ones scheduled.
Mai Shiraishi is no doubt the most popular member though I don't think she has that much on Mai Shinuchi who also looks so superb. She finished in my top ten on last year's 'Fave Nogi Member' list and would expect her to do so again this year, maybe I'll start on this year's list next month. This could be her top spread to date and it's from the August edition of EX-Taishu. After her dazzling pics are three for the third generation members along with Asuka.
Bit of a slowdown recently for Mai mag spreads, guess that means there will be too many upcoming ones to count. This set is from volume 29 of Larme.

ReplyDeleteI agree that Mai deserves a PB, sadly for us fans the odds are probably a million to one of that happening. It's easily forgotten, I have done it many times, but even though Mai is the oldest member she's also a second generation member and so far none have had photobooks.
