Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Kasumi Arimura: A little of this and that for September 2015

Haven't heard from Kasumi for a while now but that's okay, she's been one of the hardest working actresses for the last few years so she probably deserved a bit of a break. Just got her film "Strobe Edge" which came out in March and did excellent at the box office, looking forward to watching it and will give a review of it after that. Another movie she starred in was "Biri Girl" which did even better at the box office staying in the top 10 for eight weeks.
Kasumi will have her first lead in a drama that's starting October 10th on WOWOW called "Umi ni Furu", think she's the pilot of a submarine and once more info comes out will post about it.
Haven't been too many new things lately, as a matter of fact have been holding on to this spread for a while as the last post for her was in May, this is from the June issue of Hot Pepper Beauty.

This is one of Kasumi's best spreads which is from volume #1962 of Anan.

Smaller spread but the pics still rate an A+ which are from the October issue of CQ.

Kasumi has appeared in the ar magazine quite often, on September 20th she was at a celebration for their 20th anniversary, sadly no video of the event.

Final thing are a few pics from the Kyoto Sweet Autumn collection.
