Welcome to my humble site....

Hajimemashite minna san....welcome to my site on my fave Japanese Pop Culture likes such as dramas, movies, magazine scans, promo events etc. Mainly concentrate on my faves...Risa Watanabe... Kyoko Saito... Yui Kobayashi....Nana Owada.... Nene Shida.... if you're a fan at all of any of them then you've come to the right place(!) but many others are featured here besides them. Do mainly quick reviews on things I've watched, try to make the reviews brief, quick to read through with not too many spoilers, just whether they're good or bad and why I thought so plus whether you may find them enjoyable. Many, many screenshots are included from everything I've watched plus any video trailers if they're available. Hope you find something that interests you, don't hesitate to comment, arigato gozaimasu!

Erika Toda: February 2015 happenings

Hopefully Erika is back with us full time and that long, long vacation she's taken is over. No dramas coming up but she does have three movies coming out between April 1st and the middle of June, have info on all the films below. First off are some screenshots of a new Erika CM for Suntory and the video is after the pics.

Erika's first 2015 movie is called "April Fools" and naturally it's being released on that day. First set of pics is with her co-star who most of you will know and the spread is from volume 2 of Flix 2015. After the spread are a few screenshots from the film's trailer, only a short one is out which is why I'm not posting it and if a longer one comes out will be back to post it.

The film coming out in June is called "Yokokuhan" and it really looks to be a really suspenseful film, Erika hasn't done any promoting for it yet as she has two other films coming before that movie. Here's a few pics from a mini trailer and of course will be back when any new info comes out for the movie.

On May 16th Erika's second movie of the year "Kakekomi Onna to Kakedashi Otoko" will be released, it's a film set back in the Edo period and it's some sort of romance movie but think it will be a bit more interesting than just a romantic film. On February 18th the cast had a press conference announcing the filming has just been completed, have pics here from it along with a video of the event, no need to tell you who looks better than ever....
